This desk corrects facts. Every number on a card is derived from published facts by the published rule, and each fact carries a link to this form. If a fact is wrong, name it here with a document.

Acknowledged within 2 business days, decided within 10. Scores are not discussed, nothing changes a score for money, and no consultation is offered to developers.

Three outcomes

• corrected — an entry in the public corrections log: before, after, basis, date
• removed at the company's request — the card is replaced by a notice with the date; the methodology is unchanged
• not substantiated — the reply names the document that would substantiate the claim
